Important news about Gareth in Australia

Connected DJs are very sorry to announce that Gareth will not be performing in Sydney on Friday 26th October and in Brisbane on Friday 2nd November.

Neither Home, Family or Gareth are to blame for this. The reasons for Gareth no longer playing on the tour are somewhat long and complicated, but essentially, after a number of Gatecrasher’s other Australian tour dates fell through and some others changed dates, Gatecrasher, along with Connected, decided it was no longer viable to include Gareth on this tour, so we reluctantly agreed to try and reschedule his appearance for a later date.

Over the last week, we did everything in our power to try and bring this tour back onside and make it happen, but unfortunately we were not successful. The situation was made all the more difficult by the fact that no flights had been booked for Gareth. As he was playing at the DJ Mag Top 100 Awards on Wednesday night (an event which was confirmed well before this tour), the flight options for getting Gareth to Australia, which were extremely limited in the first place, had now become non-existent.

Please accept our sincere apologies and rest assured that we are working hard to arrange a rescheduled date as soon as possible.
